Westsyde Dream Home

A Canadian Home Builders’ Association (CHBA)home built in partnership with the local YMCA, this home was raffled off to fund many of local community initiatives. This home also provided a valuable training opportunity for local Thompson Rivers University trades students who helped construct the home.  

Given the opportunity to donate us design services, we  enjoyed the challenge of dreaming up an unconventional living space on a narrow city lot and creatively providing private indoor and raised rear deck outdoor space. This home was also designed to be net zero ready with a super efficient double stud wall and other energy efficient upgrades
