A steep lot with limited build area nestled right against a treed ravine made for a challenging yet rewarding build of this large single- storey home with a walk-out basement. The pristine views offered by this unique lot made it all worthwhile. The interior design was expertly crafted to give the home a modern yet old world European charm with exposed timber beams, subtle curved archways, and black cabinetry contrasted with stainless steel appliances.
